Job description

Account Executive Core Commercial Sales | Los Angeles, CA | On-site

We're hiring on behalf of a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions with a global presence and a mission to make the world a safer place. This organization is known for its commitment to client experience and its innovative approach to technology-powered safety and security.

The Role

  • Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, focusing on cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive service/account outsourcing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver custom solutions for complex client needs.
  • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week within the assigned territory.

What You'll Need

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience attaining or exceeding high sales quotas.
  • Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred.
