Human Resources Business Partner

Partner with leaders across Peckham Industries' New York operations to align workforce strategies with business objectives. Lead talent and performance processes, advise on employee and labor relations, support hiring and workforce planning, coach managers, and use workforce analytics to improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with operational priorities and business objectives.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, policy interpretation, union contract administration, and employment practices.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and leaders to identify workforce needs and support hiring decisions.
• Lead organizational reviews, position evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
• Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, employee development, and accountability.
• Monitor workforce metrics and talent trends, providing insights to support data-driven decisions.
