Healthcare HR Business Partner

Serve as the on-site HR resource for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community, managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, payroll support, compliance, and engagement initiatives. Partner with leaders to strengthen retention, coach teams, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Partner with department leaders on staffing needs, retention, and workforce stability.
• Manage day-to-day on-site HR operations, employee records, HRIS data, and personnel administration.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, coaching, and corrective action.
