The Role

• Conduct routine nursing tasks, including medication administration and digital documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Assess the necessity and appropriateness of restraint measures (FEM).
• Professionally evaluate the need for restraint measures prior to implementation.
• Inform affected individuals or their legal representatives about planned measures.
• Ensure all prerequisites for the approval of restraint measures are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional.
• Alternatively, a completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• A relevant advanced training qualification for restraint measures (FEM).
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
