Must-Have Skills:

• Experience administering, developing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow, IBM DataPower, and related enterprise platforms
• Knowledge of ServiceNow implementation, change management, and Agile software development methodologies
• Strong consulting, technical troubleshooting, and system integration skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Toolkit, APDS, ID Toolkit, PSIM, MDM, and VHIC/MPI environments
• Experience supporting enterprise application integration and implementation projects.
