Job Title: Telecom Business Analyst Telecom Billing / Lead-to-Cash

Location: St. Louis, MO - ONSITE

Duration: Long Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Telecom domain expertise in billing, account segmentation, product mapping, and end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes.

• Strong understanding of telecom billing, invoicing, account hierarchies, and customer account segmentation.

• Experience with product mapping, product catalog, pricing, and billing configuration requirements.

• Knowledge of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes, including order management, service activation, billing, and payments.

• Ability to gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder discussions, and create BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and process flows.

• Hands-on experience with Jira for user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, sprint tracking, and defect management.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional business, product, and technology teams.

• Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills; prior experience with telecom billing platforms is preferred.
