Outside Sales Representative | Birmingham, AL | On-site

We're hiring on behalf of a global leader in uniform rental and facility service solutions. This well-established organization prides itself on superior service and fostering long-term customer partnerships across diverse industries. They are looking for a driven individual to join a supportive sales team committed to consistent coaching and growth.

The Role

  • Drive new business growth within an assigned territory.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
  • Conduct on-site assessments and present service solutions.
  • Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate client information and activity in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

What You'll Need

  • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in related industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to take coaching.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to comply with company auto insurance requirements.
