Job DescriptionSenior Mobile Engineer\nHybrid in NYC (3-4 days onsite)\nAI Agent Platform (Series B)\n\nPicture an AI that doesn't just answer questions, it embeds itself inside a business. It learns how quoting works, how dispatch decisions get made, how a technician diagnoses a fault on site, then builds the software for it and wires itself straight into the systems that business already runs on.

It just moves in, starts working, and keeps getting sharper from what actually happens on the ground.\n\nYour job is putting that intelligence into the hands of the people living it: the technician under a truck, the rep quoting on the move, the operator who needs an answer right now. That means building for warehouse wifi that drops out, gloved hands on a screen, and apps that keep working when the connection doesn't.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\nYou'll own the mobile experience of the platform, working closely with product, design, and a small team of engineers you'll also help grow.

You'll spend real time with the customers using it, hearing how it's working in practice, and shaping what gets built next.\n\nWhat we need from you\n\n 5+ years shipping production mobile apps, start to finish, including getting them through App Store or Play Store release\n Strong native iOS or Android skills, and comfortable with (or keen to pick up) cross-platform tools like React Native\n Real experience with AI, whether that's shipping AI features professionally, building your own agents or projects on the side, or just being the person on your team everyone goes to when something needs figuring out in this space\n Strong communication, comfortable mentoring and guiding other engineers day to day, and just as comfortable sitting across from a customer talking through how something works and why\n\n\nIf your mobile fundamentals are strong and this sounds like the kind of problem you want to be solving, we want to hear from you.
