Senior React.js Developer

Job Summary:  We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Developer with strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end development to build and deliver high-quality, production-ready web applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing scalable, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces, integrating RESTful APIs, implementing secure authentication, and optimizing application performance.

The candidate should be comfortable making architectural decisions, writing reliable and well-tested code, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with product, design, QA, and backend engineering teams. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ownership, effective communication, and the ability to deliver features within an Agile development environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

Professional Experience

• 7–8+ years of professional experience in front-end development, including substantial hands-on experience with React.js.
• Proven experience delivering at least 2–3 major web applications from requirements gathering and design through production deployment and ongoing support.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade, scalable, and responsive web applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take technical ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• React.js: Strong expertise in React components, hooks, reusable component patterns, and state management.
• JavaScript and TypeScript: Advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, including type safety and maintainable application development.
• HTML5 and CSS3: Strong experience developing responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces.
• Front-End Architecture: Experience designing modular, scalable applications using reusable components, separation of concerns, and appropriate design patterns.
• API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations, errors, and data validation.
• Authentication and Security: Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect; Microsoft Entra ID and MSAL experience is preferred.
• State Management: Experience with React Context, Redux, or other appropriate state management solutions.
• Testing: Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and automated UI testing tools.
• Performance Optimization: Proficiency in browser developer tools, React profiling, rendering optimization, and application performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale enterprise web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and MSAL authentication integration.
• Experience with modern front-end testing tools and performance monitoring techniques.
• Exposure to automated build, deployment, and release management processes.
• Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical design discussions.
