This employer is seeking a skilled Metalworker/Fitter for on-site assembly projects, contributing to the expansion of energy infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company involved in vital modernization efforts for energy grids.

The Role

• Assembly of steel structures in medium, high, and highest voltage switchgear (up to 380kV).
• Installation of high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems.
• Mounting of components such as high-voltage clamps, suspension and support insulators.
• Assembly and disassembly of screwed and pressed connections, pipe, and cable mounting.
• Review and marking of plan documents.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship in metalworking, industrial mechanics, construction mechanics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in metalworking, construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or the metal processing industry.
• Ideally, experience working with electrical installations.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites via personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular assembly assignments with overnight stays in the southeastern German region.
• Good German language skills.
