Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise data integration, ETL development, data warehousing, and Informatica-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IICS/IDMC, SQL, ETL, data migration, and cloud data platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL/Data Integration
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• Experience with Informatica IICS / IDMC
• Strong knowledge of Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Sessions, and Transformations
• Advanced SQL and database development skills
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
• Experience with Data Migration and Data Integration
• Knowledge of ETL performance tuning and optimization
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting
• Strong knowledge of Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema
• Experience with Source-to-Target Mapping and Data Validation
• Knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture) and incremental data loading
• Experience troubleshooting production ETL jobs and resolving data issues
• Experience with Git/SVN and CI/CD processes

Cloud & Big Data Skills

• Experience with AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of AWS S3, Redshift, Glue or Azure Data Lake/Synapse
• Experience integrating Informatica with cloud data platforms
• Exposure to Snowflake
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka or other streaming technologies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Informatica ETL workflows
• Develop mappings, mapplets, transformations, sessions, and workflows
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources
• Analyze business and technical requirements and create ETL solutions
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings
• Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliation
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Participate in data migration and modernization projects
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Architects, DBAs, and application teams
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members
• Prepare technical documentation and support project standards
