Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an AP Analyst for an onsite position with a Global Industrial Equipment Manufacturer located in Racine, WI. This is a 3-4 month contract opportunity.
Compensation: Up to $38.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview:
The need is for a detail-oriented, analytical resource to support a semiannual aged receipt write-off process. This role will focus on assessing the risk of vendor invoices received but not yet processed in SAP to identify potential unrecorded liabilities and reduce financial risk.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review monthly invoice reports to cleanse data, resolve integrity issues, and standardize values to USD for consistent analysis
• Validate the cleansed invoice population against SAP to identify processed, paid, or unrecorded invoices
• Work with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams to determine if outstanding invoices were covered by manual journal entry accruals
• Track monthly results, document exceptions, and quantify potential unrecorded liabilities requiring further review
• Provide a validated, reconciled invoice population with documented adjustments, resolutions, and status for management review

Primary Requirements:

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience with data cleansing, preparation, and reconciliation
• Experience validating data against an ERP system, preferably SAP
• Ability to work collaboratively with Accounting, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams
• Experience in risk identification and quantifying potential liabilities
