Talent Acquisition Advisor, Engineering Recruiting
Canonsburg, PA (Remote-capable, about 10% travel)

Recruit engineering, technical, and manufacturing talent as a trusted partner to hiring managers. You'll own sourcing strategy, screening, and a strong candidate experience.

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years recruiting engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles
  • Sourcing with LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Applicant tracking system experience
  • Strong communication and ability to influence hiring managers
  • Able to work independently and travel about 10%

What You'll Do

  • Run intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers
  • Source through LinkedIn, Indeed, associations, direct search, and social media
  • Phone screen candidates and build talent pipelines
  • Manage candidates in the ATS (ADP) and disposition promptly
  • Build competency-based interview guides with hiring teams
  • Coordinate interviews and report on recruiting metrics
  • Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, and networking events
