Job Description

Title: SAP Test Lead FI/CO & Project Systems (PS)
Location: USA Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to oversee testing activities for an SAP project, with a strong emphasis on SAP Project Systems (PS). Experience with SAP carveouts is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead overall test strategy, test plans, execution approach, and testing metrics.
  • Ensure robust testing across SAP FI, CO, and PS modules.
  • Manage defect tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate testing activities across functional, technical, and integration teams.
  • Drive testing execution and ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved appropriately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading SAP testing teams.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
  • Strong experience with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Profit Center.
  • Proven experience testing SAP Project Systems (PS) integrations.
  • Experience creating and managing SAP test strategies and execution plans.
  • Strong defect-management and reporting experience.
  • Proficiency with testing/defect-management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
MUST REQUIRED
  • Experience with SAP carveout programs / system separation initiatives.
