Job Title: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Location: Sacramento, CA – 5 Days Onsite
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Locals Only - No Relocation Allowed

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Certified Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure successful sprint delivery.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Active CSM certification (PSM acceptable, subject to client approval).
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Experience managing sprint backlogs, velocity, and burndown reports.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team facilitation skills.

Preferred: SAFe, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
