  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Support organizational Agile maturity through coaching, mentoring, and process improvements.

Expectations

  • Full-time contract engagement supporting strategic technology and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid or onsite work environment, based on organizational requirements.
  • Primarily standard business hours with occasional flexibility required to support critical project milestones, releases, or production activities.
  • May partner with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain adherence to organizational governance, compliance, security, and project management standards.
  • Provide regular communication and transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
