Fund Accounting experience is critical – candidates must have hands-on experience with GL, TB, COA, and Financial Reporting.

• UAT planning and execution
• Test case creation and execution
• Defect management and tracking
• Retesting and defect triage
*Reporting & Data Validation*
• Reverse engineering existing reports
• KPI definition and validation
• Report rebuilding and validation
• Data reconciliation across multiple systems
• Yardi / Investran / Snowflake experience is highly relevant
*Functional / Financial Skills*
• Fund Accounting

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Create and execute test cases for business validation
• Validate and reconcile data between Yardi, Investran, and Snowflake
• Analyze existing Yardi reports and document reporting logic
• Define future-state Snowflake reporting requirements
• Validate rebuilt reports and reporting outputs
• Track, manage, and retest defects
• Prepare defect logs, report specifications, validation outputs, and reconciliation reports
• Support UAT and business sign-off
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
• Help ensure successful go-live with minimal defects
*Ideal Candidate:*
Business Analyst with strong Financial Services + Fund Accounting experience, excellent SQL & Python skills, and hands-on experience in UAT, reporting, data validation, and reconciliation.
