Job Description:

Workforce Management Business Analyst

We are seeking a **Workforce Management Business Analyst** with hands-on experience in **Infor Workforce Management SaaS** to translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document requirements for time and attendance, workforce scheduling, labor tracking, leave, overtime, exceptions, approvals, and reporting.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define efficient future-state workflows.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Infor WFM configuration analysis, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with business users, HR, payroll, application owners, technical teams, and Infor/vendor resources.
- Lead functional testing, defect validation, UAT coordination, business readiness, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Maintain requirements traceability, configuration documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
- Ensure solutions align with standard Infor capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on business analysis experience with **Infor Workforce Management or Workbrain**.
- Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, payroll interfaces, labor rules, and approval workflows.
- Experience working with **Infor SaaS**, preferably across both **single-tenant and multi-tenant environments**.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process mapping, functional testing, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or other shift-based workforce operations is preferred.
- Business Analysis, Agile, Product Owner, or Infor certification is desirable."
