Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for one of our clients to play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will focus on proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, pipeline development, and supporting the recruitment process for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate is a resourceful and motivated recruiting professional who enjoys finding hard-to-reach talent, building relationships, and developing creative sourcing strategies. This is a fully remote position but must live in the Raleigh, NC area.
