Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter and P&C Insurance experience to support production applications, business requirements, and functional improvements.

Job Requirements:
10+ years of overall IT / Business Analyst experience.
8+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience.
Strong P&C Insurance / Claims domain experience.
Hands-on experience in Production Support, Incident & Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional requirements.
Experience writing User Stories and Gherkin-based Acceptance Criteria.
Hands-on experience with UAT / functional testing.
Good understanding of Guidewire APIs, integrations, application development, and microservices.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Guidewire Analyst Certification is a plus.
