Job Title: ERP Senior System Administrator
Location: Everett, WA
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Job Summary

         The ERP Senior System Administrator is a senior-level technical role responsible for the design, development, administration, and optimization of an Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. The position combines system architecture, full-stack development, system administration, and integration management to ensure scalability, performance, data integrity, and efficient business operations. The role also provides user support, leads ERP enhancements, develops technical documentation, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through automation and technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Epicor ERP, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience leading or playing a key technical role in at least one full Epicor implementation or major Kinetic upgrade.
  • Strong knowledge of Epicor Kinetic modules including Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Epicor Application Studio
    • Solution Workbench
    • BPMs (Method and Data Directives)
    • BAQs
    • SSRS Reports
    • Microsoft Report Builder
    • SQL Server / SSMS
    • C# development
  • Experience with system administration, performance tuning, security management, and environment lifecycle management.
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications using REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks (AI integration experience preferred).
  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Epicor Data Analytics (EDA), Epicor Data Discovery (EDD), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA).
  • Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
