Our client, a prominent Investment Management firm based in Texas, is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of advanced Sales & Marketing automation tools. The client''s current homegrown solution lacks key capabilities such as sophisticated customer journey management, campaign orchestration, subscription/consent management, and seamless integration with other enterprise tools.
Project Scope:
The client has recently completed a successful Proof of Concept (PoC) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journey and is now evaluating further tool options. The consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding the client through the tool selection process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and providing best practice recommendations for marketing automation.

- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys.
- Focus is now more on D365 CI Journeys.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on and lead position for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys. the ask still is for Marketing Automation Consultant though, their CRM is MSDynamics and that''ll only be an integration for the customer insights journey tool, the part which is not being answered here is about who knows how to create the meaningful Journey design and do the integrations to their existing tooling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current sales automation processes and identify gaps in journey management, campaign execution, consent/subscription management, and integrations.
- Advise on marketing automation tool selection, with a focus on platforms such as MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journey.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for marketing automation, including campaign design, customer journey mapping, and data privacy compliance.
- Develop and present recommendations for tool implementation, integration strategies, and change management.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Support the client in achieving seamless adoption and measurable business outcomes through automation.
- Proven experience in marketing automation tool selection and implementation, preferably within the investment management or financial services sector.
- Hands-on expertise with MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Journey or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, customer journey orchestration, and consent/subscription management.
- Experience integrating marketing automation tools with other enterprise systems (CRM, analytics, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
