Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Program Manager with 20+ years of IT experience to lead large-scale enterprise SAP programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformation initiatives, ERP modernization, and cross-functional program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide SAP implementation and transformation programs.
• Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams across business and IT teams.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade initiatives.
• Establish program governance, PMO standards, and executive reporting.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Ensure successful delivery of enterprise programs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Lead distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones.

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of IT experience.
• Extensive Program Management experience leading enterprise initiatives.
• Strong SAP implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Strong PMO governance and portfolio management background.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification or SAP domain experience.
• Experience managing global delivery teams.
• PMP, PgMP, or PMI certification.
• Experience in large enterprise ERP transformation programs
