You’ll welcome clients, guide them through their experience, recommend products and services, book future appointments, answer calls and messages, and help turn every visit into an exceptional Gramercy experience. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in luxury retail, hospitality, beauty, membership sales, or high-end customer service.
