Job Description

Hi,

Position:  ServiceNow Platform Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA are preferred – onsite 4x per week mon-thurs
Duration: 6 Months C2H
W2 requirement || C2C not possible
Consultant who do not require sponsorship now or in future can only apply

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development and engineering experience.
  • Deep experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including:
    • Workspaces
    • Case Management
    • Data Model
    • Business Rules
    • Script Includes
    • Client Scripts
    • Update Sets
    • Forms, Fields, Lists, and Views
  • Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
  • Strong requirements gathering and technical documentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
