Software Deployment Specialist

TD Synnex is seeking a Prep Desk Specialist to support software deployment and configuration in a fast-paced IT environment. You will prepare systems and environments for client projects, perform software installations and updates, validate builds against specifications, and document setup procedures. Working closely with engineers and project managers, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, track tickets, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure software environments and systems for client projects
• Install, update, and validate software builds against technical specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup and configuration issues
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet delivery timelines
• Document configuration steps, issues, and resolutions for repeatability
• Maintain ticketing records and status updates for assigned tasks
• Follow security and compliance best practices during prep activities
• Assist with testing and basic quality checks on prepared environments
