Hiring: Senior Technology Consultant – GenAI / Agent Platform Engineer
Westlake, TX / Durham, NC | Hybrid – Alternate Week in Office
3-Month Contract-to-Hire
$53/hr W2
7+ Years Overall Experience
Must Have:
7+ years Software / Platform / AI/ML Engineering
3+ years GenAI / LLM / AI Agent development
Agent orchestration, tool/function calling & multi-agent workflows
LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Strands or similar
AWS Bedrock / Azure AI Foundry / OpenAI / Anthropic
MCP, REST APIs & enterprise integrations
Prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings & vector search
AI guardrails, prompt-injection defense & policy controls
AI/LLM observability, tracing, logging, metrics & evaluation
Python, Java, TypeScript or similar
Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/Azure & CI/CD
Nice to Have: MCP server development, Bedrock Agents, Langfuse/LangSmith/Braintrust/W&B, enterprise RAG platforms, Responsible AI, IAM/OAuth/OIDC and reusable enterprise AI platforms.
