The Role

• Lead a team of Field Canvassers to generate brand awareness and build sales leads in targeted neighborhoods.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing canvassing team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
• Plan and schedule team routes, manage permit requirements, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to enhance local market presence.
• Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.
• Exceed established sales lead quotas through effective team management and strategic planning.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in field canvassing, preferably in the direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, or field canvassing.
• Demonstrated ability in recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff.
• Familiarity with current best practices and strategies for canvassing and field marketing.
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates, including evenings and weekends, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
