Job Description




An organization in Tennessee is seeking a Digital Accessibility Analyst to support the evaluation and improvement of web and mobile digital experiences. This remote role focuses on accessibility testing, WCAG compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to help deliver inclusive digital products.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday-Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Remote




Responsibilities:




  • Evaluate web and mobile digital products for accessibility compliance and best practices.




  • Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits to identify issues and verify remediation.




  • Apply WCAG guidelines to guide design, development, and testing decisions.




  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria to support accessibility requirements in Agile workflows.




  • Present accessibility findings and recommendations to designers, developers, product owners, and leadership.




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a corporate environment.




  • At least 2 years of experience in digital experience design, UX research, usability, or a related field.




  • Strong working knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility testing methods.




  • Experience with manual and automated accessibility audits for web and mobile products.




  • Practical experience using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, NVDA, and screen magnification.




  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.




Desired Skills:




  • Experience working in Agile environments.




  • Background in digital accessibility support for UX/UI design and development.




  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.




  • Experience communicating technical findings to stakeholders and leadership.
