Description
The Senior Business System Analyst (BSA) role is a contract position located in Chicago, IL. 
This role involves collaborating with various business units to understand strategies and processes, developing detailed requirements, and supporting technical designs. 
The candidate should be familiar with generic technology development processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units to understand strategies and processes.
Develop detailed requirements and support technical designs.
Participate in SCRUM team meetings with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with formal software development life cycle methodologies.
Ability to analyze business data and assist in decision-making.
Familiarity with financial systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
