The Role

• Lead strategic sourcing and recruiting efforts for technology roles.
• Partner with IT leaders and HR to align on hiring needs and extend competitive offers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to recruit for technology positions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• A driven and positive attitude, capable of navigating challenges.
