job summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter IV to own and drive full-cycle recruiting for salaried and professional roles across our organization. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and Hiring Managers, you will craft multi-channel sourcing strategies, build pipeline diversity, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a fully remote position (excluding California) supporting core business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive full lifecycle recruiting for professional salaried roles from intake strategy calls through offer acceptance.
• Partner consultatively with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and candidate selection criteria.
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS candidate pools, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams while ensuring a consistent, inclusive hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition statuses within the ATS to support team insights and reporting.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for salaried and professional positions.

Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.

Experience managing candidate workflows and requisitions within an enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Strong consultative, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors ATS.

Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, or technology sectors.
