HQ Support Lead

GovCIO is currently hiring for a HQ Support Lead in Springfield, VA. This position is on site.
Responsibilities

• Leads IT support operations for TSA's HQ sites
• Provides technical and management leadership for major IT field support services across all HQ sites and locations, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives
• Directs and controls all international field support activities, having overall responsibility for management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met
• Oversees technical support to federal, contractor, and detail employees using TSA Systems, ensuring appropriate staffing resources
• Ensure support engineers complete mandatory and job-related training
• Directs specific IT Field Services tasks, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), asset management inventory assistance, and video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling

Qualifications
High School with 9+ years of IT customer support engineering experience (or commensurate experience)

• 8 years experience in managing, directing, and leading IT Field Services in a HQ setting, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management inventory assistance, video conferencing and A/V O&M, and local on-site cabling
• Possesses strong strategic management leadership and interpersonal skills, applies domain expertise to make decisive problem-solving decisions, and effectively plans and coordinates complex project implementations

Clearance Required: ship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

USD $94,150.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
