Product Manager

Experience as a Product Manager leading $10M large-scale public-sector modernization efforts – Required 5 Years

Demonstrated experience modernizing legacy applications or leading digital transformation projects - Required

Strong experience gathering user stories from diverse business stakeholders and converting them into actionable product backlogs - Required

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar). - Required

Experience with overseeing and testing of large data conversions - Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences - Required

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands -Required

Experience with enterprise application modernization (e.g., migrating from legacy platforms, moving to modern architectures). - Highly desired

Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack, cloud platforms (Azure), or content management systems - Highly desired

Experience with process improvement and business process reengineering - Highly desired

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and public-sector compliance requirements - Highly desired

Previous experience working with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies or similar public-sector organizations - Highly desired

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Highly desired
