Lead Product Manager | Morrow, GA, United States | Hybrid | $111,500.00 - $185,900.00

We're hiring on behalf of a leading automotive technology company renowned for its comprehensive suite of dealer software solutions and influential brands. This organization is at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to developing cutting-edge products that empower automotive dealerships and drive the industry forward.

The Role

  • Guide the vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for new, innovative product solutions.
  • Collaborate with UX, research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather valuable customer and client feedback.
  • Partner with client solutions, product readiness, and marketing teams to drive market awareness and lead generation.
  • Define product requirements and manage the feature development lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to agile teams and foster collaboration across diverse functional groups.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Deep understanding of business principles, product performance metrics, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Proven experience in product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as AI and ML is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with dealer software, is preferred.
