The Role
- Guide the development and evolution of new, innovative product solutions that span business units.
- Focus on emerging technologies like AI and ML to uncover new go-to-market strategies.
- Use rapid prototyping, iteration, and dealer feedback to optimize product/market fit.
- Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback.
- Document requirements, manage feature development, and analyze product performance to drive improvements.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles.
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, epics, features, KPIs, and analytics.
- Preferred: Experience with Inventory Management Solutions and the automotive dealer software sector; Master's degree.
