The Role

• Guide the development and evolution of innovative products by defining product vision, business plans, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with UX, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather critical customer and client feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product readiness, to drive product awareness and lead generation.
• Document detailed requirements and manage the entire feature development lifecycle.
• Provide recommendations to agile teams and foster collaboration across various organizational groups.
• Analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A strong grasp of business principles, product performance, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in product planning, lifecycle management, research, analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Preferred: Experience with Inventory Management Solutions and the automotive dealer software sector is a significant plus.
• Preferred: A Master's degree in a related field.
