The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates is proud to act as the external recruitment partner for an industry-leading manufacturer of semiconductor equipment, specializing in cutting-edge deposition solutions. We are seeking a versatile Field Engineer to drive technical acceptance and process optimization for advanced hardware systems. This role offers the flexibility to be based nationwide across the United States—with preferred hubs near major airports in Dallas, Texas, San Jose, California, Greensboro, North Carolina, and Houston, Texas—and features a high-travel mandate exceeding 75%.
What You’ll Do
Engineer and execute hardware process recipes and parameters to meet exact customer specifications
Deliver sustainable operational support for key and strategic accounts
Coordinate client sample evaluations across customer installations and application laboratories
Establish equipment performance benchmarks by analyzing operational methodologies, facility readiness, materials, and measurement procedures
Partner with the commercial division by delivering technical demonstrations and addressing design specifications
Facilitate global hardware deployment, comprehensive system checks, and facility commissioning
Engage directly with clients during after-sales operations to diagnose unique technical requirements
What You Bring
University Associates Degree or Graduate Diploma (or academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry)
3 to 10 Years of professional experience
Sales Engineering and Equipment Installation expertise
Demonstrated proficiency utilizing Statistical Analysis Programs for data collection and performance evaluation
Technical writing capabilities for documenting field operations
Public speaking skills for delivering customer-facing technical presentations
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time
Valid Drivers License
Compensation & Total Rewards
Annual Salary: $100,000 to $200,000 US Dollars. Growing firm with great benefits.
