Compensation & Earning Potential
Earn $18/hour plus overtime during licensing and training, then $23/hour plus overtime once licensed and appointed to sell Medicare products.
In addition to your guaranteed hourly earnings, you'll have access to:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Sales experience preferred (but no license required to start!)

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you'll work with pre-qualified inbound prospects who are actively looking for health insurance. You'll educate clients, present smart coverage options, and guide enrollments with clarity and confidence.
