What a Sales and Marketing Associate does
As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll represent well-known brands at live retail campaigns and promotional events, connecting with customers face to face.

Engage customers and promote products, services, and current offers
Have confident, friendly sales conversations
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
Guide customers through the sign-up and purchase process
Help run and set up eye-catching promotional spaces
Work with your team to hit individual and team sales targets
Experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Weekly base pay of $500-$750, with OTE of $850-$1,300 per week
