Senior Agentic AI Engineer – Microsoft Copilot Studio

Must-Haves

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Production-level experience building and deploying AI Agents
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Strong Microsoft 365 / Copilot ecosystem knowledge
• Experience with agentic workflows, orchestration, and automation

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Design multi-agent workflows, orchestration, task decomposition, and tool chaining
• Integrate AI solutions with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph
• Develop reusable agent frameworks and enterprise AI capabilities
• Implement testing, monitoring, observability, security, and responsible AI practices
• Collaborate with architecture, product, engineering, and platform teams
• Optimize agent solutions for reliability, performance, latency, and cost

Preferred

• Azure AI Foundry experience
• Microsoft Graph experience
• Experience building complex enterprise automation/workflow solutions
• Strong background in AI engineering and agent orchestration

Ideal Candidate: A senior AI Engineer with proven production-level Microsoft Copilot Studio experience who has built and deployed enterprise AI agents and complex Microsoft 365-based solutions.
