Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI Architect / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Kore.ai to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Conversational AI, Voice Bot, Search AI, and Agent AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kore.ai XO 10/11 and Artemis, along with expertise in conversational design, GenAI/LLM solutions, integrations, voice technologies, and enterprise contact-center platforms. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise Conversational AI, Voice Bot, Search AI, and Agent AI solutions using Kore.ai.
• Develop and optimize dialog flows, intent models, NLU, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails.
• Build solutions using Kore.ai XO 10/11, Artemis, Search AI, Agent AI Assist, and DialogGPT.
• Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), architecture documents, and technical specifications.
• Integrate Kore.ai solutions with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks, Salesforce, AWS S3, and other backend systems.
• Design and implement IVR, Voice Bot, dynamic call routing, TTS/STT, and conversational voice experiences.
• Work with contact-center platforms such as Genesys Cloud CX and Amazon Connect, including SIP/BYOC integrations.
• Conduct client discovery sessions and technical workshops to understand business requirements and define AI solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams during Agile sprints and provide technical guidance and architecture support.
• Lead UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and post-production monitoring of conversational AI solutions.
• Analyze bot performance and improve intent recognition, conversation flows, and overall user experience.
• Translate business requirements and rules into clear technical specifications and developer user stories.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience with strong software/solution development background.
• 2+ years of hands-on Kore.ai experience.
• Strong experience with Kore.ai XO 10/11 and/or Artemis.
• Experience with Kore.ai Search AI, Agent AI Assist, or DialogGPT.
• Strong understanding of Conversational AI, GenAI, LLMs, NLU, intent modeling, and prompt engineering.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL and REST API/Webhook integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Voice Bots, IVR, call routing, TTS/STT.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Amazon Connect, or similar contact-center platforms.
• Strong experience working with enterprise integrations and backend systems.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and cross-functional development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Kore.ai Automation AI / Search Assist certification.
• Experience integrating Kore.ai with Salesforce and AWS services.
• Experience with Azure Neural TTS or other enterprise TTS platforms.
• Experience with LLM evaluation and AI guardrails.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
