Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph Connectors, enterprise integrations, and AI/automation architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience onboarding proprietary enterprise data into Microsoft 365 Copilot, designing secure connectors and integrations, and building scalable enterprise architecture patterns.

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft Graph Connectors, Copilot Studio custom connectors, enterprise API integrations, and secure onboarding of proprietary enterprise data into Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong architecture experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, data governance, and environment strategy.
• Design scalable cloud and platform patterns using reusable services, integration frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Strong understanding of enterprise search, grounding, semantic indexing, connector enablement, relevance, and AI/automation solution architecture.
• Develop architecture diagrams, technical standards, design documentation, and executive-ready technical recommendations.
• Work with engineering, data, security, and business teams to develop secure and scalable AI solutions.
• Define integration and data-access patterns for enterprise AI and knowledge-retrieval solutions.

Flex Skills:

• Experience with MCP-style interoperability, agent orchestration, reporting-enabled AI solutions, or platform governance.
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI semantic models, and enterprise data enablement.
• Experience integrating proprietary enterprise data sources and platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Search, semantic indexing, relevance tuning, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
