Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect Contractor to provide subject matter expertise.

Certification is a contract gate: CSA + 2 CIS + an advanced domain cert such as ITOM, or a CTA/CMA resource who satisfies it in full. Evidence has to be held before October 15.

• Own the identification and reconciliation design, including the authoritative source decision per CI class governing what Discovery and Sunbird are each permitted to write, signed off in week 3. This is the one dependency that cannot slip, because every downstream build rests on it.
• Design the CMDB rebuild: class scope, which records are classified known-bad and retired, and the rebuild sequence that runs in week 7 only after Discovery coverage is accepted at the week 6 checkpoint.
• Set the Discovery and MID Server architecture across both data centers, covering placement, credential scope and Service Graph Connector alignment per class, and chair the week 6 coverage acceptance against the City's own device count.
• Decide the Sunbird DCIM branch in week 3, choosing between a standard connector or scheduled one-way import inside the fee, versus a bidirectional custom build raised as change at 272 hours.
• Carry technical accountability for the December 11 Release 1 cutover, including the frozen exit criteria, the rollback plan and reduced-team cover through the physical move in weeks 10 and 11.
• Apply update-set discipline and senior review on every change, on a project instance shared with a parallel ServiceNow Impact track, coordinating release windows across both.

US-based and onshore, consistent with Government Community Cloud hosting. No security clearance or adjudication. Nobody is staffed in week 12, the week commencing December 28.
