Role Overview:
Lead the architecture vision and delivery for a modernized HCM ecosystem centered on Oracle Cloud HCM and an enterprise data platform. Partner with product, cloud, security, and engineering teams to define scalable patterns, guide integrations, and drive post–SaaS migration strategy across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into end-to-end HCM and data integration architectures and roadmaps
- Design and govern Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud configurations, integrations, and security models
- Define and implement integration patterns, leveraging APIs, OIC, event-driven designs, and CI/CD
- Architect data flows and consumption patterns on Databricks in alignment with cloud and security standards
- Produce architecture deliverables (reference architectures, sequence diagrams, decision records) and present to technical review boards
- Lead technical teams, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure alignment to enterprise standards
- Serve as an escalation point for high-severity incidents, driving root cause analysis and remediation
- Plan and execute post–cloud migration strategies, including:
  - Application retirement
  - Data retention and archival
  - Audit, compliance, and legal readiness
  - Historical reporting approach
  - Integration and dependency decommissioning
  - Security and access transition
  - Infrastructure and technology decommissioning
  - Operations readiness and knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications:
- Proven solution architecture experience for ERP platforms, with emphasis on Oracle Cloud/Fusion
- Hands-on leadership of technical teams delivering cloud/SaaS ERP solutions
- Strong Databricks experience for data engineering and analytics use cases
- Proficiency with PL/SQL, RESTful APIs, ETL concepts, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
- Demonstrated success creating and executing post-migration strategies across applications, data, security, and operations
- Solid understanding of cloud security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards

Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM (modules, configurations, roles/policies), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle ATP/ADW
- Azure cloud services experience; certifications are a plus
- Experience with Kafka, Informatica IDMC, or similar data and integration platforms
- Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and test automation (e.g., Terraform/Bicep, Python/PowerShell)
- Familiarity with GitHub and LeanIX
