The Role

• Lead and manage project execution in plumbing, heating, and ventilation (SHK) on construction sites.
• Oversee and guide installation and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are completed according to contract specifications.
• Prepare contract-compliant basis for invoicing through accurate measurements.
• Manage material and personnel deployment for project efficiency.
• Coordinate directly with planners, architects, and other trades to ensure seamless project flow.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating, and ventilation technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience with projects in technical building equipment and industrial piping/plant construction.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable lead role.
• Proficiency in German (at least B2 level).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office applications is advantageous.
• Additional qualifications such as welding courses or team lead training are a plus.
