The Role

• Oversee cable and pipeline construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring economic efficiency, technical quality, and adherence to deadlines.
• Independently coordinate work crews and manage site measurements.
• Plan and assign team tasks, including the management and control of subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality management, HSEQ, and safety regulations.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in cable or pipeline construction, or equivalent extensive practical experience.
• A valid driver's license (Class B mandatory, Classes C and CE desirable).
• German language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
• An independent, proactive, and reliable work ethic with strong communication and teamwork skills.
