The Role • Coordinate and organize civil engineering construction sites in alignment with site management. • Act as a liaison for site management and clients on contractual and technical matters. • Conduct site surveys, measurements, and staking. • Oversee earthmoving operations and prepare measurements for cable and pipeline construction. • Ensure construction schedules, quality standards, and costs are met, managing personnel, materials, and equipment. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a civil engineering worker, pipeline builder, road builder, or a master/technician qualification. • Alternatively, career changers with extensive experience in civil or pipeline construction are welcome. • A valid driver's license Class B is required; Class C1 or higher is preferred. • Experience operating construction machinery (e.g., mini excavators, wheel loaders) with strong technical understanding and manual dexterity. • A responsible, team-oriented, and reliable individual.
