Project Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 130k/year - Harrisburg, PA
Our client, a stable, growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for a Project Sales Representative to grow a territory in the Central Pennsylvania area. This position focuses on commercial HVAC project sales, including repair, replacement, retrofit, and system modification opportunities for facility owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial customers.

Responsibilities

Field inbound commercial HVAC project requests and develop new business throughout the Central Pennsylvania territory.
Build and manage relationships with facility owners, maintenance managers, engineers, and other commercial customers.
Evaluate commercial HVAC and mechanical systems and components to determine repair, modification, retrofit, or replacement needs.
Develop project designs, cost estimates, and formal project proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
Sell HVAC repair, replacement, retrofit, modification, and upgrade projects.
Serve as the liaison between customers and project managers throughout the sales and project handoff process.
Maintain customer, opportunity, and sales activity information within a CRM system.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven commercial HVAC sales experience.
Technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, service, repair, replacement, retrofit, and mechanical systems.
Experience preparing estimates, proposals, or scopes for commercial HVAC projects.
CRM experience.

Compensation

Our client is offering a base salary in the 100k - 130k/year range and an uncapped commission program. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
