Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Java, GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered software engineering. This is a hands-on hybrid role requiring close collaboration with customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive AI-led transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise Java architecture experience with practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, while leveraging modern AI-powered engineering tools to accelerate software development and modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Evaluate LLMs, AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud AI services
• Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Support modernization of legacy applications using cloud-native and AI-assisted approaches
• Demonstrate practical use of AI development tools (Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code)
• Drive AI adoption across the full SDLC: requirements, development, testing, code review, and documentation
• Conduct onsite customer workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions
• Mentor architects and engineering teams on Java, GenAI, and AI-assisted development
• Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and AI assets
